NorthWest Pharmaceutical Compounding’s motto is “the prescription for quality, accuracy, and integrity”. These are words WE LIVE BY!

When you choose NWPC to compound your prescription, you are getting QUALITY!
In a compounding pharmacy, the pharmacist makes ALL the medications from scratch. (if you’d like to understand MORE about what compounding is, click here) That’s why choosing the right compounding pharmacy is so important.

Our owner and pharmacist Michael S. Jones has vast clinical knowledge and experience in compounding. Our lab is state-of-the-art and our chemicals are the highest quality. (if you’d like to view MORE about the equipment in our lab, click here) Also, NWPC is a member of the Professional Compounding Centers of America (PCCA) which gives us access to the most recent research and development in all areas of compounding and is an ongoing resource for us.

When you choose NWPC to compound your prescription, you are getting ACCURACY!
Our pharmacist Mike Jones is extremely precise and detail-oriented. When compounding a formulation, he considers the physical and chemical properties of both active and inactive ingredients, the solubility, tonicity, viscosity, and best dosage form for administering the medication.

Mike is highly meticulous and checks and re-checks for accuracy. In addition, he is able to think outside the box and has developed formulations with positive therapeutic outcomes, through his innovative thinking.

In addition, our analytical balance measures our chemicals with incredible precision. It measures to one-tenth of a milligram, giving us a higher accuracy. This far surpasses what manufacturers and other compounding pharmacies are allowed under FDA guidelines, which is an accuracy of plus or minus 10%. This means that compounding pharmacies and manufacturers could potentially have a variance of up to 20% from one formulation to another. We strive for results with less than a 5% variance.

When you choose NWPC to compound your prescription, you are getting INTEGRITY!
Mike takes the time to work as a team with you and your practitioner. It is through this teamwork that each patient gets the RIGHT preparation, uniquely compounded specifically for them. This is not a “one size fits all” pharmacy!

No matter how busy he is, Mike takes the time to talk to EVERY patient and answer any questions they might have about their compounded prescription, or any other prescription medication they are taking.

We take pride in giving small town, personal service, and by knowing our patients by name!
